As of January 1, 2018, Wascosa AG, Lucerne, has acquired the wagon fleet of the Hamburg-based wagon leasing company Kurt Nitzer (GmbH & Co.) KG. The wagon fleet includes about 200 chemical and pressurized gas tank cars. The leasing contracts with the existing customers will be continued.
